Second course help please!


Our catering package has two starters - a salad plus one other (either soup, pasta, or intermezzo sorbet).We’re getting married in May so we’re thinking soup may be risky as it may be warm outside, and pending rain, hoping to do cocktail hour outside. Not to mention choosing a single soup for all dietary restrictions.A vegan pasta would be a good choice, but our vegetarian and vegan guests are already getting a pasta as their entree. Some omnivores might end up picking the pasta option too (im leaning toward it!)The sorbet can be made vegan AND gluten free! But I’ve never seen it done before. Also worried about it being cold outside lol.Salad course is Caesar (with guests with dietary restrictions getting a garden salad).We have multiple crows-pleasing hors deorves during cocktail hour that will meet each guest’s dietary requirementsWhat would you prefer as a guest?
