I am planning a NYE wedding. It will be glamorous and exciting in all respects (black tie opt, awesome venue) BUT I am struggling with deciding what catering to go with. I have never enjoyed wedding food, and always envisioned myself having pizza and other delicious foods at my wedding. I was considering still going with a pizza bar, a nacho bar, and a BBQ bar. Any thoughts on that? Any advice from someone who had multiple caterers each doing a food bar? I would each station catered by a local restaurant.
