When to start??

So, recently got engaged (I asked him on Jan 5th), and I'm. Not sure when to start getting things planned and going?Picked June 5, 2022 for a mini ceremony where our parents and our two closest friends will be there when we sign legal papers and stuff. Then chose August 5, 2022 for a larger scale party to celebrate with friends and family.I started making lists right away, and my fiancé seems to think that I'm planning too much already?
