Looking for someone in the St. Louis area who will arrange our flowers and set them up at the ceremony and reception venues.

My fiancé and I are seeking someone to arrange the flowers we are planning on buying for our May 2022 wedding. We would also need them to set up these floral decorations at the ceremony and reception venues. Has anyone heard of something like this? We found a great deal on the flowers where we can basically buy them at cost, slashing the price of the second most expensive portion of the wedding dramatically.
