Hey guys. I don't have the most experience with weddings -- have only been to about a dozen or so in my entire life and I'm 31, but all the ones I've been to had the ceremony and reception on the same day, which I know is the standard.Given the pandemic though, my fiancee and I were toying with the idea of a perhaps trying this out. The idea would be a small ceremony this fall, and then a small reception with 50-75 guests next spring.Just wondering from those of you who have done this, or were a part a wedding like this, how did it go? Was it awkward having them so spaced out? How did you keep the charm and energy of having one but not the other?Any experiences or advice would be much appreciated! Thanks, via /r/weddingplanning https://ift.tt/38H86YT
