Here's the rundown: We are getting married in early December, so we aren't sure about the weather (Oklahoma), and the sun is likely to set between 5-5:30. I really really really want to get married outdoorsWe have an indoor space that we cannot access until 5:00, no set up or anything.We can book an outdoor space starting at 8:00.Would it make sense to set up the outdoor venue in the morning and the patio near the indoor venue with string lights at 5:00, have the ceremony at 5:30 outside, while the caterer and DJ set up inside, then ask the guests to stay on the patio while we set up inside?That feels terribly complicated, but I can't figure out a better way to get everything set up when we can't access the venue until 5:00 via /r/weddingplanning https://ift.tt/3n1NEYR
