Weddings without vows? Orthodox brides or other traditions?

My fiancé and I are both Protestant Christian but not very religious, our families are religious, but they’re also open to us playing around with traditions.At some point I learned that Orthodox Christian weddings don’t have the bride and groom exchanging vows and I liked that idea.
