It's weddings, so everyone has an opinion right? I just needed to blow off steam because I was just on a zoom call with a group of friends that included one I'm no longer close with for several personality reasons. I mentioned how I was happy to have other things that were making me happy/look forward to the future after all the events around cancelling my wedding in May, slapping together a tiny ceremony and then trying to replan. All the other girls in this group were understanding and ready to celebrate new things together, but this one pipes up with "well... it's really best not to host a superspreader event, sefidcthulu."Girl. I know that. That's why I cancelled my goddamn wedding. That's why I never leave my house or haven't seen friends in months. Everyone we know knows that it's really best not to host a superspreader event.
