Need advice on including terminally ill family members before they pass away without having to rush to get married.

Need advice! My fiancé and I just got engaged and are planning on at least a year and some engagement. We want to buy a house first so a wedding is not our priority. The problem is that I have 3 terminally ill family members who want to celebrate with us before they pass which will all be likely in the next 3-4 months. I don’t want to rush to get married just to make them happy, but I feel I will regret not having them be a part of it while they are still alive. What can I do in the next month or two to help them feel part of our love without actually getting married?
