My fiancè and I should be getting married Feb 20th, but we made the decision to postpone over 7 months ago. We had the foresight (or perhaps were pessimistic enough) to know that COVID wouldn't get any better. We've decided to elope with our immediate families instead, but haven't made any concrete plans. It'll likely happen later in the fall or early next year.Either way, my engagement hasn't felt celebratory, or fun, or even like I'm engaged.
