Anybody else wish they could do it over again and not have the big wedding?

Need to vent. I'm just so beyond over it. I've lost friends, sleep, and my mind trying to plan this wedding and get everything squared away. We're less than 2 months out and my husband's two best friends still hadn't booked their flights (we sent save the dates almost a year ago, since we knew a lot of people would have to travel) or sent their measurements for their suits (which we agreed to pay for). Over the weekend my husband finally told his friends they need to make their travel plans and send their measurements in by the end of the week or we'll have to count them out as groomsmen. These are his only two friends able to make it to our wedding and will be the only two people standing by his side on our wedding day.One of his friends finally booked his flight and my husband offered to book his hotel room using his military discount, which makes the room less than the rate we blocked for guests. His friend sent him a venmo for the hotel cost tonight and his note said: "For an inconvenient party across the country that could have just been a Christmas card." No emojis, no "lol" - totally serious. It was just such a punch in the gut for me.These people are so ungrateful and inconsiderate of everything we're putting ourselves through to make this wedding an enjoyable event for everyone. This is just one more thing in a looooong line of stressful things. I wish we could go back and just not have this wedding. If we wouldn't lose a lot of money in deposits, I'd cancel the entire thing. This isn't fun anymore and hasn't been for a long time 😓 via /r/weddingplanning https://ift.tt/3pnEo3M
